Commit hashes are linkified even when they don't exist in the repository (BB-9700)

Hi there,

I've found one bug in commit message. If commit message contains 10 character number then it become hyperlink like - ABCD - 1234567891 becomes ABCD - [1234567891|/%5BuserName%5D/%5BprojectName%5D/commits/1234567891]
