Add support for online creating new files

I searched for the option to create new file online but couldn't find one. It will be great if the ability to create new source files online like the one provided by github is implemented here as well. This will be useful during the times when one starts editing online and finds that a new file has to created to accommodate the change. Right now I'm doing the new functionality as well in same file but later moving the code to its rightful new file.
