Captcha field does not appear while using a custom domain. (BB-9848)

Former user created an issue

While attempting to submit an issue from a custom domain (code.xxx.com) as an unregistered user, the captcha field does not appear, instead giving the message "Input error: Invalid referrer". Attempting to submit an issue via the standard bitbucket.com/xxx domain works as normal, with the captcha field appearing as expected.

    We have decided to end support for using a CNAME to access the Bitbucket UI and login. As a result, we will not be fixing this issue.
