rename a repo of a team with five users plan

User A is in team TEAM. A import a private repo "test" with the owner TEAM.
Later A wants to rename the repo "test". After a click on Save repository details buttons, we have two errors shown :

• "Public repositories must allow public forks." -> "This is a private repository" is checked
• "Making this repository private requires more users than TEAM has on their plan."

The issue i that I can't rename a private repository I created for a team where I am not the administrator (I can only give a name at creation step, but not later on).
