Private issues appearing in the dashboard (BB-10031)

I just took a look at my reported issues on https://bitbucket.org/dashboard/issues?section=reported and some bug I reported way back is now appearing twice, with the duplicate in a strange repository "jhocman/iridium". The link to the duplicated issue leads to an "Access denied" page. Weird
