How to manage groups owned by a Team account

The team accounts are changing and I won't be able to login using my team account around 18 Feb. However, the team account "owns" the repositories and apparently, the groups in use by the account which we use to control access. I have not found a way to manage those groups using an administrator account.

How can an administrator account manage the groups (and other assets) of the "owner" account?
