History rewrites pollute repository overviews

Whenever I rebase/rewrite my history in a git repository, it shows in the repository overview every commit since the commit I rebased as "stripped".
I think it would be worth it to find a way to detect which commits were affected in the history rewrite, or at least show only one notification with all the stripped commits aggregated.
