Image alignment tag does not work in ReST (BB-10071)

Restructured text allows to specify how the image should be aligned in the page:

.. image:: foo.png
    :align: center

However, this does not work and the image remains left-aligned.

Note that the generated HTML contains an <img class="align-center"> tag, so this is simply a matter of adding the appropriate class to the CSS.
