Team Access

I am having a problem with team permission. The last person I added in the team did't acquire the team's settings.

To replicate:

1. Create a team.
2. Give the team an access to a specific repo branch.
3. Add new user in the team, by right this user should have the same permission as the other team members.

Last User Issues:

1. Cannot see the repository
2. Cannot commit to the branch.
