Wrong user's profile (complete stranger!) with @ mention/reply in Issue Tracker notification email

I got a notification email about a comment I was mentioned in, and in that email there was a name and link to profile of a different user, instead of my own. Only first name matched mine. It was completely unrelated user account.

In the same comment on the site my user name was displayed correctly.
