Bitbucket slow to respond on pulls and pushes with on-demand service

For the past two days (since yesterday, 2014-04-28) and continuing today, we've been experiencing long delays while pushing and pulling from our on-demand repos.

One of our engineers reported a pull that usually takes under 10 seconds taking as long as 2 minutes.

Additionally, our commits that include ticket numbers are no longer being referenced from JIRA tickets in the "Development" section.
