New User: Can't confirm email or accept project invitation

I registered. When I click on confirm email I get the error:

We were unable to confirm the email address. The validation email may have expired.

When I try to accept a new project, I get the error:

The invitation you received no longer exists

    I wasn't able to reproduce these issues using my own test accounts. It also appears that you have successfully confirmed your email address. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact and we would be happy to assist you further.
