Add activity centric tab to new Dashboard page (BB-10631)

    Description

      The brand new fluid width Bitbucket layout seems good, but it totally changes focus from recent activity.

      My company have lots of repositories with quite low activity in each, and the recent activity focus in previous version was a perfect fit for us.

      I suggest a new tab on the Dashboard page, in addition to Overview, Pull requests and Issues, called Recent activity.

      Recent activity could be quite like that old Overview page.
