Dashboard Overview page should respect repostiory Landing page option (BB-10632)

    Description

      The repository list in the default Overview tab on Dashboard links specifically to the overview page of each repository, not respecting the Landing page option that can be set for each repository.

      If Landing page is set to Wiki, the link in the repository list should link to the Wiki page.
