Users can still see repositories that they were watching on the dashboard even after their access is removed (BB-10677)

On my dashboard, I still see repos which at one time I had access to, and was watching. I no longer have any access to them, however, so they should not show up.

I see them under the All, Watching, and Team links/lists.
