TOC macro generates bogus links to bugs, if section titles start with numbers
The auto-generated table of contents on a page of mine is really messed up: http://bitbucket.org/snej/mynetwork/wiki/BLIP/Protocol
Note all of the junk with descriptions of bugs. I think what's happening is that the links to in-page anchors for the various sections are being mis-interpreted by the wiki parser as references to bugs, since they start with a "#" and then the section title, which starts with a number.
I think this is a regression since I first created the page a few months ago, because I probably would have noticed this when viewing it right after I added the toc macro!
