As an admin I cannot see the settings cog for my repo

Hi there,

I am the admin of a repository (https://bitbucket.org/jasdeepkhalsa/code/) and I could not see the settings cog icon for it anywhere on the dashboard as it was described in your documentation.

I managed to somehow find a link to the repo admin settings (https://bitbucket.org/jasdeepkhalsa/code/admin/access), but that cog icon was no where to be seen.

If I'm seeing this issue, perhaps many others are experiencing the same issue and getting confused?

My browser is Google Chrome on Linux - Version 34.0.1847.137. Apologies I did not take a screenshot of my dashboard before deleting my repository.
