Pagelen wrongfully limited 50 for API 2.0 (BB-10761)

According to https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/BITBUCKET/Version+2#Version2-Pagingthroughobjectcollections the global pagelen maximum is set a 100, but some API resources seem to be limited to 50 per page.

For example, https://bitbucket.org/api/2.0/repositories/jespern/django-piston/pullrequests?pagelen=50 Works, but when you set the pagelen to anything higher then 50 and you get an error.

This is either a bug in the documentation or this resource should be changed to accept a pagelen of 100.
