      Scenario:
      Repo: sandbox-site.git
      Custom domain: git.mywebsite.com

      When accessing the wiki via git.mywebsite.com/sandbox-site/wiki/, if you click on a link in any table of contents generated by

      <<toc / 2>>

      the links you're provided with become: git.mywebsite.com/my_account_name/sandbox-site/wiki, which produces a dead-link page.
