Pull request POST hook, triggers even if nothing is checked.

If you configured 'Pull Request POST' as per following post hooks continue on being sent:

[ ] Approve / Unapprove

[ ] Comments

[ ] Create / Edit / Merge / Decline

All checkboxes unchecked

Would be possible to create a notification informing that at least one option needs to selected, otherwise, the same should be deleted. Otherwise, prevent post hooks from being sent if non is selected.
