Missing 'Edit' link/button on the deployment keys page (BB-10817)

While trying to manage the deployment keys of a repo in our team namespace, my co-worker could'nt edit the deployment key, since the edit option was not present.
Although we both have Administrator access, i could see an 'Edit' link and he didn't. We found out, that this was caused by the different languages that we used.

English -> Edit available

German -> Edit not available

What bugs me, is that not even a fallback to the english word was made. Instead the edit option was simply not there.
