Issue #78 invalid

wsgi.py

Anonymous created an issue

I'm running into an issue with wsgi.py. Possibly a bug with werkzeug?

The problem crops up when invoked from either Apache (with mod_wsgi-3.3 + Python2.7) or Gunicorn. Here's the trace:

{{{

!stack_trace

File "/homes/network/revtr/environments/tutorial/lib/python2.6/site-packages/gunicorn-0.13.4-py2.6.egg/gunicorn/workers/sync.py", line 99, in handle_request respiter = self.wsgi(environ, resp.start_response) File "/homes/network/revtr/local/src/hg-review/bundled/flask/flask/app.py", line 965, in call return self.wsgi_app(environ, start_response) File "/homes/network/revtr/local/src/hg-review/bundled/flask/flask/app.py", line 955, in wsgi_app response = self.make_response(self.handle_exception(e)) File "/homes/network/revtr/local/src/hg-review/bundled/flask/flask/app.py", line 735, in handle_exception return handler(e) File "/homes/network/revtr/local/src/hg-review/review/web.py", line 231, in server_error return _render('500.html'), 500 File "/homes/network/revtr/local/src/hg-review/review/web.py", line 88, in _render allow_anon=app.allow_anon, utils=utils, datastore=g.datastore, File "/homes/network/revtr/local/src/hg-review/bundled/werkzeug/werkzeug/local.py", line 347, in getattr return getattr(self._get_current_object(), name)

}}}

The path to the hg-review directory looks like it's set up properly:

{{{

!python

import sys sys.path.insert(0, "/homes/network/revtr/local/src/hg-review/review/") sys.path.insert(0, "/homes/network/revtr/local/src/hg-review/") }}}

hg-review was installed today with $ hg clone http://bitbucket.org/sjl/hg-review/

I'll try and dig into this a bit more tomorrow.

    This has been resolved.... apparently you need to run `hg review --init` before rendering wsgi.py. Seems obvious in retrospect, but the error messages might have been a bit more clear :-)

    Awesome extension by the way! Two thumbs up.
