Review storage does not support an infinite number of reviewed changesets

The reviews are stored in the .hg/review repository in a subfolder named exactly as the changeset hash. This limits the number of reviewable changesets to the number of how many subdirectories the filesystem supports for a single directory. I.e. on ext3 and dir_index enabled one hits the imposed filesystem limits with already about 32k reviewed changesets.
