palette not vertically compressing -> add color button disappears

In both Opera Beta and Chrome, you can only add a limited number of colors due to the color buttons not adjusting to vertical height. Once you filled your screen up with color buttons the +-button is unreachable (drops out of screen). In the attached image you can see the lower right corner of the maximized browser window, there certainly should be a +-button and the color boxes should be rectangular rather than squared. I've seen how it should be in MS Edge, but that browser blurs uploaded 64*64 images. Addressed in another bug report.
