MS Edge modifies uploaded images and appearently can't save

Who uses Edge anyway... But it takes my 64*64 image and blurs edges (judging by the name it should produce extra sharp edges rather than blurring them, kek). Should be clear through the attached images. As it seems to cast the image to be larger than originally, you could try to just cast it back to original size, given said original size.

Please don't judge what I drew there!
