Cant upload an palette example.

Hi! I want to upload an image example using a palette that I created, but when I click on the option "This palette doesn't have any examples yet. Send us some!" it redirects me to the page to upload a new palette. Sometime the "send us some" option simply disappears. I can't upload it from my profile, and if I edit the palette I don't see anything about uploading an example.
