Some tag links on palette pages are broken

Example: https://lospec.com/palette-list/dreamscape8

1. Click on the second tag on the page, "dreamscape"
2. You will be taken to the following URL:

https://lospec.com/palette-list/tag/%20dreamscape

3. In this URL, there is a space before the tag ID, "dreamscape".
4. The search returns 0 results even though we know there is at least one palette tagged "dreamscape"
5. Removing the space before the tag ID in the URL fixes the issue and allows users to view all results:

https://lospec.com/palette-list/tag/%20dreamscape

I beleive this was an issue with data entry from before the newer palette submission process was implimented, which should remove all spaces from tags. I’ve manually fixed these tags, and don’t believe any code needs to be corrected.
