ON

The "ON" event contains the base information and information stored in the details object.

Field	Description
`battery_level`	raw battery level from 0 to 100
`battery_percent`	level converted into a percentage for a user
`software_version`	version of the Libris software on the device
`in_charger`	true / false
`safe_mode`	whether the device is booting in a safe mode (t/f), if true, the device will reboot in order to come back up in normal mode
