sks keeps open all files in the dump directory, even when not using them.

Issue #40 new

created an issue

sks opens and retains a file descriptor to all files in the dump directory, even if it doesn't use them (e.g. if the database was created with "build" instead of "fastbuild").

This means that removing the dump files when "sks db" is running doesn't free up any of the disk space without restarting sks.

sks should close files it doesn't need (or avoid opening them in the first place, if they are not necessary).
