Every single configration must be changed to enable email notification

After the update to 3.2.1 in every configuration the e-mail notify must be checked to be able to edit the email notification configuration.

I think e-mail notification should be enabled by default for existing configurations.

Ops. I mean #14 :). That case looks different, but reading the comments lead me to think that there may be a similarity.

I don't know. I already have 'fixed' my configrations by hand. I can't check this anymore.

But it seems to me that the strings in the pull request does not have anything to do with the email-boolean.
