Repo Identification

Presently, the only identification of which repository is updating is in the sender email address, and that only uses the numeric repo id. As someone who wants to receive notifications from many different repositories, it would be more useful to use the repo's name instead of the id.

Additionally, it would be helpful to identify the name of the repo in the email subject line and email body.

Lastly, if the repo can be identified in these ways, it would be useful to have an option to send all the notifications from the address specified in the global mail settings.
