Workflow for performing Accel-Amplicon recommended trimming guidelines (https://swiftbiosci.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/17-1397-Amplicon-Bioinf-Guidelines.pdf).

Note: The workflow can be run after the pull-request have been merge into the master or after the include_prefix variable have been changed from pointing to "https://bitbucket.org/snakemake/snakemake-workflows/raw".
