Added necessary definitions and declarations for job group functionality to parser.py, workflow.py and rules.py. Added comments for personal orientation, those will be removed later.
Updated jobs.py, rules.py and the executors.py run_wrapper method to work with given job groups. Added a first simple test for the groups. Added 'group' to the snakemake vim syntax.
