Pre-existing anchors are ignored during serialization

When a document already has anchors, and being dumped, the anchor generator ignores existing anchors, and forcefully replaces them with new ones.

I looked into the changes, and for me it looks like i just worked arround the anchor, so i just replaced it. Actually the test tests the comments. As there is no change to it, it looks fine to me
