Add support for softwords build of plottable

To get animated transitions in plottable, need to use the softwords build at https://rawgit.com/softwords/plottable/DrawingTarget/plottable.js

    Better solution is to reference the git repository and branch:

    "plottable": "git://github.com/softwords/plottable.git#DrawingTarget"
