Workbook rollover don't carry SSN of teachers

Reported by Weison: social security number, seem like when we do the roll over, the SS dont show up in the new rolled over work book. Kindly advise.

I know we will be moving to rollover from within EMIS web app to avoid re-introducing uncleaned data but we should still fix this issue if it does not take too long.
