Improve School GIS functionality

Currently we can display location of schools. But it would be very useful to expand this GIS component further. Ideas for this are documented here.

• Showing schools with annual school census submitted/not submitted
• Showing schools with inspections completed/incomplete (including surveys from Pacific EMIS Education Survey Tool, Kobotoolbox, etc.)
• Display of particular photos (the school itself, photos from individual criteria or answer from school inspection water sources, etc.)
• Other cool details to display on the map?
• Display schools on map that are more susceptible to rising sea levels.
• Enrollments with color code for decreasing schools?!

Need to have the GPS coordinates updated and correct for all schools including the altitude from sea level. This will be useful for some work on Climate Change.

Ideas suggested by Andrew: (perhaps those make more sense on the Teachers → Map?!

Any such new functionality would likely just be part of a future re-write.
