Better ordering of school types levels in dashboard

There has been feedback that the order of school types should be more like the order in which they are undertaken. ECE, PRI, etc. Granted school types will have overlaps so I think merely sorting the dataset coming out of SQL should be sufficient and will sort it also elsewhere such as in JasperReports or Pacific Open EDucation Data apps.
