buildWarehouse not calling buildWASH [RMI24H]

Need this or if it is like this on purpose need a way to easily buildWASH.

BuildWashToilets2 should supercede BuildWashToilets - it disaggregates by ToiletType - i think the reason was because the Kiribati data collection allows numbers of different kinds of toilet, whereas we don;t get that on the workbook Wash Format.

So there is buildWashToilets2 in KEMIS but not yet in other countries. Port this new buildWashToilets2 to other databases and cleanup the currently used ones in those countries. Rename to buildWashToilets everywhere.
