School Resources from census workbook inaccessible to users in warehouse [RMI24R]

The one remaining data still inaccessible to users are resources. There is a need to package resource data into a user friendly warehouse/view like was done with WASH data. WASH has the ability to get its data from either census (limited data) and also from the comprehensive WASH school inspections. Something like this for all types of resources.
