Teacher profile needs a new field "Year started teaching"

To capture the number of years of experience. This is data requested in FSM. Currently we estimate based on the date of hire but this does not take into consideration teaching experience in other countries. It was requested to also enforce it to be supported by document loaded into the Documents of the teacher. This can be done by requiring a document to be loaded of a specific type (e.g. teaching contract that clearly shows date).

Need to keep this ultra simple, Just one additional fields on the TeacherIdentity table that users can edit in the Teacher Profile.
