    This and lkpWaterSupplyType is not that straight forward. They do not follow the standard pattern of a codeCode and codeDescription of most other lookup tables. They also are not editable as they name is the actual primary key and a foreign key constraint is violated for trying to edit what should in fact be editable. Putting this on hold.
