Missing end date in school inspections [RMI24H]

I still find it a little odd that the tablet XML’s survey file does seem to have both the last edited date and completed date and yet there are some survey with no end date.

One example in production is the following.

But when looking at its loaded cloudfile you see all the data is there and would have been there at approval time.
