Possible issue with cloudfile photos

Not sure if this will be an issue but I may have observed something in production. For example, clicking on a photos from from a Ready cloudfile as shown below opens the photos image in the browser in big as expected.

But clicking on an image of a Loaded cloudfile yields the following.

I am just seeing this with one survey at the moment. Further investigation needed.
