WASH data contains mix of Y/N and 0/1

Confusing the users. First reported by Kirieta in following email.

I checked the file you sent and I noticed something I may think to be anomaly and this is the responses like for example HandwashingPractice, the response is to be a Y, N or blank but there are also 0 and 1's. See below image of the table after I filtered out the N and Y responses. Your checking please. Kind regards.

The workaround provided was a query that translates the 0/1 to Y/N for consistent data for the user. Minor issue to look into and improve.
