Opened school only showing is closed school filter is enabled

Searching this school like below in Kiribati yields an empty list.

Checking “show closed schools” as shown below does show the school.

This would mean this school was closed. But when opening the school it does not show closed nor does it have any closed year. Both fields are NULL in the DB.
