Refactor AtAGlanceController.js

Try to get rid of this js and convert to typescript. It no longer contains the controller for the AtAGlance pages, but does contain the vermdata API.

What is clickable directive? What does it do? Is it needed?

    What is clickable directive? What does it do? Is it needed?

    I've been wanting to remove that for some time. Been there since before I got into the project. I think it was somehow related to clicking and expending something from the AtAGlance grid but I never followed through what I wanted to do there.

    All this has been moved to TypeScrupt. clickable directive was not doing anything useful known and was left behind in the process
