Localise term "School ID"

@ghachey was just reviewing your pull request as you merged it - wanted to suggest that on the school searcher page, you refer to School Id as on the SchoolItem page:

{{"School No" | vocab }}

this will grab the appropriate terminology from the vocab table for the country.

Worth reviewing the list of supported vocab items in that table, keep in mind where they can be used.
