Nuget does not correctly install Microsoft.Extensions.Logging

This is a nuget installed package, but it is not in the packages.config. Bring up to version 1.1.2, and handle dependencies

    Turns out this package was not required. Removed it, clean up nuget packages.config, astandardised on targetframework net46.

    When upgrading this version may be wise to delete the packages folder, empty pineapples\bin and Rebuild to let nuget reinstate everything according to current settings.
