schElectN and schElectL Data not showing in UI

If I put the data using direct SQL and view it in the UI, those two fields are not showing.

Fiddler shows a GET request successfully pulls the data from DB.

If I save it from the UI, nothing changes in the database at first look but then it persist and shows in the UI from then on. Another SQL update with the exact same data will make the value disappear again from the UI.

Note that the iCode works as expected if entered using SQL and so does the District (also a State like the local electorate in FSM)
